Pencil illustration on paper, coloured in photoshop.
This is the first drawing I have done for an extremely long time using correct perspective. I read a bit about it at [link] and this is the result of my experimentations.
I'm fairly happy with the way this looks, even though the train object looks like it'd probably tip over if taken of its display stage.
The color drew me to this one
Nice study in perspective. The shading gives it additional dimensional perception as well as adding nicely to the asthetics of the whole.
It's nice to have the reference lines still visible, too. Gives it a more tech feel to the work.
That simple rectangle at the bottom with the 'cut-out' is a nice touch, too.
fab.
Love this, the colours are perfect! Especially the window. The design of the train evokes images of snakes for me. I'd love to see more perspective work.
yep, that is correct. And for some reason I decided to draw this part on a stage, rather than in an environment....I suspect laziness may have been a factor but I haven't checked.
